Alba Rexha

Graduated in 2015 with excellent results from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, and awarded with a Gold Medal in the Master of Science in Public Law.

She has contributed for about 7 years at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, as a legal expert in innovative projects including the digitalization of banking services, electronic signature and the role of the bank as an agent/intermediary in innovative financial services, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework in the Republic of Albania and with EU best practices. She has played a key role in drafting and negotiating agreements for the implementation of banking products in cooperation with local and international parties, including state institutions.

At OTP Bank Albania she has provided legal and contractual advice on financing and transactions of the SME and Corporate segment, including the contractual integration after the merger with Alpha Bank.

As a legal consultant, she has been engaged in the private sector with domestic and foreign investments, including strategic ones for the SME segment in sectors such as energy and tourism, providing comprehensive consultancy for project management throughout their entire cycle with all actors in the process, including public-private partnerships and regulatory processes.
